Initial: Time seems to slow down for you randomly, bestowing a -3 penalty to Reflex saves.
Secondary: You don’t feel pain, at least not immediately. You gain +1d8 temp HP.
Side Effects: Feelings of euphoria surge over you, making you feel like the life of the party for the next 1d10x1d6 minutes. You become immune to Fear effects, Morale effects, and any other effects that would affect your emotions.
Overdose: If you take more than one dose in a 1 hour period, you must succeed a Fortitude save (DC 18) or contract Dancing Fever immediately (no additional save).
Withdrawal Effects: You become depressed, taking a -2 penalty on all attack rolls, skill checks, initiative checks, and saving throws.
Junkie: While under the effects of Duane you sporadically break into dance, granting a +2 Dodge bonus to your AC.
