A Damp creature gains a +2 bonus on saves against spells or effects with the Fire descriptor, but takes a -2 penalty on saves against spells or effects with the Cold and Electric descriptors. If another effect would make the character Chilled while they are Damp, they become Frozen instead. Similarly, if another effect would make the character Shocked while they are Damp they become Stunned instead. In both scenarios the Damp condition is removed immediately).

Special: The Singed condition counters or dispels the Damp condition.
