The feats listed below are [Cooking] feats. These feats can only be taken if a character has at least 1 rank in Profession (Chef). Each [Cooking] feat provides a +1 bonus on Cooking checks.


Good Chef [Cooking]

  • Prerequisites: Must have 3 ranks in Cooking
  • Benefit: A character with this feat may make meals of quality as if they had 5 more ranks in Cooking.
  • Special: Characters are limited by the number of ranks they have in Cooking in terms of what quality of meal they may prepare. The effects of this feat do not stack with the effects of it's prerequisites.

Sous Chef [Cooking]

  • Prerequisites: Must have prepared at least 5 good quality meals, Good Chef, Must have 6 ranks in Cooking
  • Benefit: A character with this feat may make meals of quality as if they had 10 more ranks in Cooking.
  • Special: Characters are limited by the number of ranks they have in Cooking in terms of what quality of meal they may prepare. The effects of this feat do not stack with the effects of it's prerequisites.

Head Chef [Cooking]

  • Prerequisites: Must have prepared at least 5 great quality meals, Good Chef, Sous Chef, Must have 9 ranks in Cooking
  • Benefit: A character with this feat may make meals of quality as if they had 15 more ranks in Cooking.
  • Special: Characters are limited by the number of ranks they have in Cooking in terms of what quality of meal they may prepare. The effects of this feat do not stack with the effects of it's prerequisites.

Gourmet [General]

  • Prerequisites: must love food, must have eaten a meal of your favorite flavor at least once
  • Benefit: If you are Sated, you do not lose your sated buff as long as you rub your belly and proclaim "mmmmm" loudly after doing whatever action would have discharged it. This is a free action.

Chef's Training [Cooking]

  • Prerequisites: Good Chef
  • Benefit: Your intense training in the kitchen prevents you from failing. Once per week you may re-roll a Cooking check, allowing you to take the more favorable number.

Hell's Kitchen [Cooking]

  • Prerequisites: CON 15, Chef's Training, Good Chef
  • Benefit: Your intense training with the kitchen stoves allows you to ignore some of the effects of fire and heat. You gain a +4 circumstance bonus on any saves related to fire or heat dangers.
