[Theme] feats previously only gave a +2 bonus to a pair of thematically linked skills. While not terrible in their own right, they weren't particularly useful. [Theme] feats now additionally grant the related skills as class skills to whichever character has them, allowing characters to expand their skills list without having to multiclass.
